RepTrackr Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 23, 2026

RepTrackr (“we,” “us,” or “the app”), operated by Peregrine Innovations LLC, helps lacrosse players and coaches track training, reps, and performance. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using RepTrackr you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

How we use your information

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the app — Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, notifications) and Stripe (payments) — and as required by law. If you join a team, your coach can see your training data for that team.

Storage and retention

We keep your account and training data while your account is active. Camera Mode videos are automatically deleted from our storage approximately 14 days after upload. When you delete your account (Profile → Delete Account), we delete your account data, training history, and camera recordings.

Your choices

Children’s privacy

RepTrackr is used by youth and high-school athletes. If a user is under 18, a parent or guardian must consent to their use of the app and, in particular, to recording and any promotional/social use of their footage. Parents or guardians may contact us to review or delete a minor’s information.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and access-controlled storage, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, when appropriate, notify you in the app.
