RepTrackr Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 23, 2026
RepTrackr (“we,” “us,” or “the app”), operated by Peregrine Innovations LLC, helps lacrosse
players and coaches track training, reps, and performance. This policy explains what information
we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using RepTrackr you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your name and email address when you create an account
(via Sign in with Apple, Google, or email/password).
- Training data. Your shots, reps, throw speed, sessions, leaderboard stats,
grind score, and related training metrics.
- Camera Mode — video and audio. If you use Camera Mode, the app records video
(with audio) of your training session to count your reps. These recordings are uploaded to our
secure storage. We use them to operate the feature and to test and improve the accuracy of our
rep-counting technology, and — only with your consent — we may use them for promotional or social
media purposes. If the athlete is under 18, a parent or guardian must provide this consent. You
can decline Camera Mode and still use the rest of the app.
- Approximate location. If you allow it, we use your approximate location to
show wall-ball locations near you. You can turn this off in your device settings.
- Payment information. Team subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Payment card
details are entered with Stripe and are not stored by us.
- Device and usage data. A device token for push notifications, and basic app
usage needed to operate features, keep the app stable, and prevent abuse.
How we use your information
- Provide and operate the app: training tracking, leaderboards, teams, and analytics.
- Count your reps and improve the accuracy of our camera and motion technology.
- Process team subscriptions and provide customer support.
- Send notifications you’ve enabled.
- With consent, feature footage in promotional or social media content.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us
run the app — Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, notifications) and Stripe
(payments) — and as required by law. If you join a team, your coach can see your training data for
that team.
Storage and retention
We keep your account and training data while your account is active. Camera Mode videos
are automatically deleted from our storage approximately 14 days after upload. When you
delete your account (Profile → Delete Account), we delete your account data, training history, and
camera recordings.
Your choices
- Delete your account and data at any time from within the app
(Profile → Delete Account).
- Control permissions (camera, microphone, location, notifications) in your
device settings.
- Withdraw camera consent by not using Camera Mode.
Children’s privacy
RepTrackr is used by youth and high-school athletes. If a user is under 18, a parent or guardian
must consent to their use of the app and, in particular, to recording and any promotional/social use
of their footage. Parents or guardians may contact us to review or delete a minor’s information.
Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and access-controlled storage,
to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work
to protect your data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, when
appropriate, notify you in the app.
